I Ching/Yijing or Classic of Change can be used as a guide to both
personal and cultural transformation. C.G. Jung saw this mysterious
book as an answer to the West's spiritual needs. Its 64 symbols "traced
the course of the valley spirit, the tao, winding like a dragon or a
river". He insisted that “psychology in the stricter sense is bound up
with the whole practical use of the I Ching.” This is the secret behind
the Great Enterprise of cultural transformation: raising the process of
Change and its great symbols into awareness and setting it out for all
the people to use.
It is a place where we can learn to imagine ourselves and our world anew, a metamorphosis of the basic ideas and symbols through we create the reality we experience.
